Welcome to Casita Madrigal! Located in Windsor Hills Resort, 1.5 miles from Disney, we are in the main building, ground level, and pool front! Literally, Steps away from the waterpark/splash pad and pool area where they host live music, DJ, and so many fun activities and compeititons for both kids and adults! Step into Casa Madrigal where you'll be transformed into our vibrant, family-centered, Encanto home. You'll find glowing doors and rooms that bring Disney and magic moments to your stay

Couldn’t recommend this place enough!! We were only in town for 3 days but it was a perfect place to spend a week at! The kids loved being so close to the pool. The patio was perfect for rainy days and night time drinks! The rooms were very specious and could have fit an extra bed in one of the kids rooms if needed. I would highly recommend this unit to any family looking to enjoy the pool and spend time with the kiddos! Kitchen was fully supplied to be able to cook even though we didn’t have time to do so. Everyone we met at the resort were super friendly from the gate staff to the workers at the market & grill by the pool. We had a small hiccup at check-in due to forgetting to let the owners know we had a trailer but within 5-10 minutes the owners personally called me and reassured they were going to push the approval through with the HOA quickly. We were super satisfied with their attention and help with our failure of communication on our part. They were patient and so helpful!

Perfect for children. My children enjoyed it a lot, for them it was like being in the movie, they went from room to room imagining that they are the characters. The complex is very safe and I definitely recommend at least a day off from parks to enjoy it. Bobbie was an excellent host. They gave us many tips that made our stay more pleasant. Recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

BOOK THIS PLACE, you won’t be disappointed!!
The kids absolutely loved the Encanto themed house. The hosts thought of everything, literally everything you may forget at home, they probably have it. From floats, to playpen, to highchair, to baby potty, board games, and they even had a bubble machine! The house was exactly as described. Enough room for the 7 of us.
We moved our disney day because the kids wanted to hang out at the water park/pool. Our kids enjoyed the free activities the clubhouse offered like glitter tattoos and face paintings. The club house also has a restaurant with icees and ice cream.

Bobbie was amazing as well as his place. He was so helpful even before I was even checked I was givin a lot of other places to check out. The location is sooo perfect I would recommend this to my family and friends for sure

The unit was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUSLY DECORATED!! Our 4 year old just loved everything about it. The air conditioner (thank goodness) and all other appliances were awesome and we had everything we could possibly need.. I cannot think of anything that wasn't perfect.

These hosts thought of everything, from rain gear and strollers to decorations. 10 minutes to Disney with traffic. The pool and splash pad are super nice and the location of this condo is perfect, just steps away from the pool area. There is even a game room and free daily kids activities! We are already planning our next trip!! You will not regret your stay. I informed them of a pool float that had a hole that we had to toss and they immediately responded and ordered more the be delivered early the next morning!!

Amazing experience staying a la casa madrigal! Bobbie was extremely responsive and the place was absolutely amazing. The kids were so excited to see the great decorations and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back!

5 Stars! Perfect Stay for Our Family Vacation
We had a fantastic 4-night stay at this condo in Kissimmee, Florida! From start to finish, communication with the host was excellent—quick responses and very helpful. The condo itself was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a true home away from home.
One of the best parts was how close it was to the resort pool and waterpark—just steps away, which made it incredibly convenient for our daughter and the whole family to enjoy daily. Plus, the location is ideal if you’re visiting Disney, with all the parks just a short drive away.
We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future!

My family and I stayed at Bobbie and Gino's lovely "Encanto"themed condo for three nights in April. I can't say enough positive about the host and hostess! They are exceptional, and really care about their guests and their comfort! The condo was spotless and the location was prime as we were so close to all the amenities, as well as the Disney theme parks! Our youngest to oldest loved all the special "Encanto" and "Coco" themed touches! We had so much fun going from room to room and finding new details and items related to these Disney movies! Our daughter loved sleeping in the Isabella room! The themed doors are truly amazing! You feel like you're in the movie! All the beds were comfortable and the baths and kitchen were nicely stocked with soaps, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels etc. Our kids enjoyed the pool and waterslides as well as the game room and cafe! This is one of the best, and safest places we have stayed and we have stayed in a few over the years with 4 kiddos ages 19-9!! We are already planning our next stay at this enchanting condo!!
